If you have never heard of the band Bring Me the Horizon, it is time to listen. Their performances are engaging, interactive, and overwhelming in the most positive way. I recently attended their concert at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia. Bring Me the Horizon was accompanied with performances by Underoath and Beartooth.  The experience was magical and I look forward to seeing these incredibly talented bands again.

Bring me the Horizon is a rock band from England that formed in 2004 (Billboard.com). Their music is diverse in which it contains subgenres such as metalcore, deathcore, pop/rock, and more (Allmusic.com). Their most recent album was released in 2015, named “That’s the Spirit” (Allmusic.com).

According to Blabbermouth.net,

In terms of pure album sales, “That’s The Spirit” landed at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart with first-week sales of 55,000 copies. This marks BRING ME THE HORIZON‘s best sales week ever.

Thus began the band’s American Nightmare Tour. The tour began in March this year in Florida. The band even sold out multiple venues for their tour. The American Nightmare Tour ends April 8 in Las Vegas (http://www.bmthofficial.com/). These videos are from my concert experience with the band at the Liacouras Center on March 22.

Beartooth began the night by connecting with the crowd during their song “In Between.”

Underoath  came on after Beartooth’s performance and got the crowd jumping with an old favorite, “Reinventing your exit.”

Bring Me the Horizon then began their show with a bang.

Their graphics were mystifying and their sound dedicated to affecting the crowd in a major way. They can certainly put on a show for their admirers and followers.

The stage and Bring Me the Horizon’s graphics were synced with their lyrics which created an awe-inspring atmosphere.

As they ended the night with “Drown,” the singer, Oliver Sykes, asked the crowd to lose their minds one last time.

Are you interested in going to a concert in the future? Do you think Bring Me the Horizon will be just as amazing in person? Then visit their website for their tour schedule at http://www.bmthofficial.com/tour. I hope you enjoyed discovering them as much as I have loved listening to them.
